Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

*We do not, however, ship on holidays or weekends, so please consider that factor when placing an order that may have time constraints. 
There will be certain times of the year (Christmas Season, for example) that order volumes will be high and our team could be delayed in getting your package out. Please understand that we are a small business and are working as quickly as possible to get your purchases out to you!


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide an alternate address to ship your package to.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking
It’s our desire to keep each and every one of our customers happy and loyal. As soon as we send your shipment out, we will provide you with the information necessary to track its progress to the prearranged method of communication that same day.


Customs, duties, and taxes
Mrs Pullig is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages
Mrs Pullig is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy
At this time, we only ship within the Continental US. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
